Deposits are protected as we are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and therefore no unreasonable deductions will be made from the deposit giving you peace of mind.

A detailed inventory complete, with photographs and meter readings, is provided at the start of all tenancies. Ketchen King has extensive local knowledge and a list of approved contractors so any maintenance problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
